do you swoon over Craftsmans? check out this home, a 1913 jewel on Capitol Hill

I just brought this one on the market and for all you Craftsman-home junkies looking for a piece of Seattle history on a quiet Capitol Hill street, do take a look. It features a classic boxed ceiling in the large formal dining room, period millwork untouched by paint and hardwood floors throughout with inlaid borders. Energy efficient, flawless replicas of the home's original leaded glass windows make it bright and comfortable. A sunny rear porch off the kitchen acts as an informal breakfast room overlooking the garden. With four bedrooms and a gigantic unfinished basement with tall ceilings and rear access, this one is a real find. And don't get me started on the full length covered front porch with swing.
A block from Holy Names, Tully's and a couple of blocks to St. Joe's and Kingfish for good Southern food... let me know if you'd like to take a look.
