On the Wish List for Some Buyers: Building a Lap Pool. Seattle Real Estate.

Let's talk swimming. Over the years I've encountered clients seeking properties that can accommodate a pool for lap swims.  The Endless Pool has been one small-space option I've shared with many.  Another option, for those with more land, is to approach the lap pool as a garden feature... like the Stephen Harris Architects firm did in the Napa area.  This gorgeous design (click here to see the photos and story from Gardenista) features a lap pool plus a shallow pool for children.
