Sadly, we’re heading home out of Grayland today but I wanted to make sure and tip-off any of you looking for an incredible vacation home to this listing. Check it out!

A half mile tree-lined drive brings you to your nine private acres right on the Pacific Ocean. Sunrises from this 3 bedroom/1.75 bath home are amazing. And with a huge garage and more, there’s plenty of room for lots of big gatherings with friends. An oyster bake on the fire pit of this place would be incredible.

You'll see in the pictures that there's plenty of room to personalize this place and bring its decor up to today's aesthetics. But I honestly don't know if I'd touch that wood paneled stairwell. There's something about it I like. Hmmmm... And just think of the mountain bike trails you could carve out of this piece of land. Fun!

We just arrived in Grayland and were pleasantly surprised what a quick trip it was from Seattle. Just head through Olympia, then Aberdeen— and a bit further past McCleary and Elma and you’ll hit Westport/Grayland. It’s an easy drive- no ferries, no mountain passes. And boy, are we in another world here. It’s gorgeous. Cranberry farms and nothing but sky over water. Razor clamming on the beach, oysters and crab...

We’re staying nearby and stumbled upon this house just next to the State Park on 18+ miles of quiet, clean and pristine ocean beach. The 2 bedroom 2 bath house could use an infusion of charm, but its locale is pretty darn good.
