on the street where we’ve summered in Cannon Beach, a vacation getaway, asking price under $550k

Each summer, when our boys were younger, we’d rent the same home on this quiet street in Cannon Beach’s sleepy north end neighborhood. The tidy gravel road makes it feel like a holiday upon arrival, that familiar crunch crunch of the tires, and being ½ a block from the town’s most quiet beach at Breaker’s Point (where condos are always well over a million) was always the ultimate topper. We’d walk into town for groceries and to hit Bill’s Tavern… only getting in our car for trips to the go-cart place or other destinations like Tilamook Cheese.

When I saw this home come on the market, I remembered walking by its sort of quirky exterior and always thinking that the big windows were actually smart for letting in a lot of light in this forested area. Let me know if you’d like to see the house or have a trip planned down there for Spring break.
