Watching this
home being built by Dyna Contracting in 2007, I was impressed with the care to accurately
implement the design of Whitney Architecture. The fine balances of space, the
use of glass and the manner in which the house is situated on the corner make
it a delight to walk through. A few years after completion the home was
featured in Pacific Magazine in an article by Rebecca Teagarden who titled her article
the same as this post. This house is custom throughout offering
you 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a wine cellar, and 3 fireplaces. There are numerous
decks offering you views of the Seattle skyline, Olympic Mountains.
